Developed uniquely by Michelle, it works to harmonise the flow of energy in the body through her integrated approach to aromatherapy and energy healing. Energy is the life-force that animates our body, however, sometimes life's challenges, negative emotions and stresses arise creating blockages that impede its natural flow. If disharmony is not cleared it can impact on our physical wellness, initially with minor niggles and if not attended to deeper health problems.
Michelle creates a bespoke experience for everyone within each session. Talk is a vital component offering insight to current challenges. She begins with a combination of visualisation and breath-work and this informs the focus of the treatment. Her gift for touch is self-evident and legendary and uses it to balance the nervous system. Reflexology helps to ground a person, the feet reflexes used are specific to needs. She anoints carefully chosen essential oils to enhance vibrational balance and others to effect mood. To regain a deep state of relaxation a unique breathing technique initiated earlier resumes to create receptivity, followed by gentle craniosacral adjustments to realign, reiki healing and facial rejuvenation. Full resonance is achieved with sound using tuning forks and singing bowls. This helps to ground and clear the energy field. These methods work collectively to align the body and facilitate a deep state of relaxation.
